It sets us on a prep, a path, a journey to expose ourselves to adversity with a chance at success or failure. On March 30, 2025, BPN athlete Lucy Davis put months of prep on the line to take back the Hyrox Open World Record. Lucy failed to reclaim her world record, but found what was lost - herself.
